Arbeitsberichte 8, Mannheim: Geographisches Institut, 87-99<\/p>\n<h3>Kurzfassung<\/h3>\n<p>Ausgangspunkt der Untersuchung war die Frage, welches r\u00e4umliche Vorstellungsbild den Ausfl\u00fcgen der Tagestouristen im Naturpark Pf\u00e4lzer Wald zugrunde liegt. Als ein Aspekt dieses Vorstellungsbildes wurde das Problem der &#8222;Umgrenzung&#8220; bzw. Lage des Pf\u00e4lzer Waldes herausgegriffen, um in einer empirischen Erhebung eventuelle systematische Verzerrungen bzw. Unsicherheiten zu ermitteln. Dabei wurden drei Grundhypothesen formuliert:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tagestouristen, die den Pf\u00e4lzer Wald mehrfach bzw. regelm\u00e4\u00dfig besuchen, entwickeln eine &#8222;genauere&#8220; r\u00e4umliche Vorstellung, als jene, die seltener bzw. zum ersten Mal den Pf\u00e4lzer Wald besuchen.<\/li>\n<li>Je n\u00e4her ein Besucher am Pf\u00e4lzer Wald wohnt, desto &#8222;genauer&#8220; stimmt seine Mental Map mit den tats\u00e4chlichen Gegebenheiten \u00fcberein.<\/li>\n<li>Bei Besuchern aus weiter entfernten Herkunftsgebieten treten &#8222;systematische&#8220; Verzerrungen auf, die die gezeichneten Umrisse des Pf\u00e4lzer Waldes &#8222;n\u00e4her&#8220; an das Herkunftsgebiet heranr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Volltext<\/h3>\n<div class=\"issuuembed\" style=\"width: 450px; height: 318px;\" data-configid=\"2641640\/66130403\"><\/div>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"\/\/e.issuu.com\/embed.js\" async=\"true\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OTT, Thomas (1994): Der Naturpark Pf\u00e4lzer Wald in der Wahrnehmung von Tagestouristen.
