{"id":19751,"date":"2007-01-08T15:41:45","date_gmt":"2007-01-08T14:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thomas-ott.net\/home\/?p=19751"},"modified":"2020-01-09T10:28:22","modified_gmt":"2020-01-09T09:28:22","slug":"informationssysteme-fuer-oeko-industrie-cluster-fallstudie-industriegebiet-moedling-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thomas-ott.net\/home\/?p=19751","title":{"rendered":"Informationssysteme f\u00fcr \u00d6ko-Industrie-Cluster &#8211; Fallstudie Industriegebiet M\u00f6dling"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Kurzbeschreibung<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt &#8211; gef\u00f6rdert vom bmbf und begleitet vom Projekttr\u00e4ger DLR &#8211; der Universit\u00e4t Heidelberg mit ihren deutschen Kooperationspartnern, der Universit\u00e4t Mannheim und der IUWA GmbH, war Teil eines internationalen Projektes im Rahmen des Impulsprogramms Nachhaltig Wirtschaften der \u201eFabrik der Zukunft\u201c, welches die \u00d6sterreichische FFG im Auftrag des bmvit koordinierte.<\/p>\n<p>Die Leitung des Projektkonsortiums lag beim \u00f6sterreichischen \u201eInstitut f\u00fcr Industrielle \u00d6kologie\u201c mit den wissenschaftlichen Projektpartnern, Institut f\u00fcr Innovations- und Umweltmanagement der Universit\u00e4t Graz und Umwelt Management Austria sowie den betrieblichen Praxispartner, die im Bezirk M\u00f6dling bei Wien angesiedelt sind.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des Gesamtvorhabens war die Entwicklung eines Informationssystems, mit dem in einer ausgew\u00e4hlten Modellregion, hier dem nieder\u00f6sterreichischen Bezirk M\u00f6dling nahe Wien mit seinen 1.100 Betrieben und 39.000 Besch\u00e4ftigten, eine Verminderung von Umweltbelastungen (Abf\u00e4llen und Emissionen, Ressourcenverbrauch) durch die Nutzung von Synergien aus der Vernetzung von Unternehmen, sowie speziell durch die Einbindung von Abfallstoffen in Produktionskreisl\u00e4ufe erzielt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die zentralen Fragestellungen des Projektes standen im Zusammenhang mit der Suche nach tragf\u00e4higen Konzepten zur F\u00f6rderung eines ressourcenschonenderen Umgangs mit Materialien. Ein ganz wesentlicher Schl\u00fcssel hierzu wird dabei allgemein in der industriellen Kreislaufwirtschaft gesehen, die beim Produktdesign sowie bei der R\u00fcckf\u00fchrung nicht bzw. nicht mehr erw\u00fcnschter Materialien in den Produktionsprozess zwei ganz zentrale Schwachpunkte besitzt. Das Projekt fokussierte auf die letztgenannte Schwachstelle und versuchte, \u00fcber den Aufbau eines sachgerecht ausgestalteten regionalen Informationssystems Verbesserungspotenziale sichtbar zu machen und informationelle Barrieren abzubauen. Neben den Kommunikationsinstrumenten, hier stehen die Bildung von Vertrauensnetzwerken bzw. Netzwerkforen im Vordergrund, spielen standardisierte Informations- und Informationsaustauschinstrumente (problemad\u00e4quate Softwaretools) eine wesentliche Rolle.
