Meine Stellungnahme f\u00fcr die CDU Fraktion habe ich dabei unter das bew\u00e4hrte Motto der Lokalen Agenda 21 gestellt: &#8222;global denken \u2013 lokal handeln&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>In ihrer Beschlussvorlage schl\u00e4gt die Verwaltung die Teilnahme am European Energy Award (eea) vor. Anders als der Name vermuten l\u00e4sst, handelt es sich nicht um einen Wettbewerb, sondern vielmehr um ein internationales Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement- und Zertifizierungsinstrument f\u00fcr kommunalen Klimaschutz, das bereits seit mehr als zehn Jahren zahlreiche Kommunen in Deutschland und Europa auf dem Weg zu mehr Energieeffizienz unterst\u00fctzt. Auch andere Gemeinden im Rhein-Neckar-Kreis und der Kreis selbst beteiligen sich am eea. M\u00f6glicherweise k\u00f6nnen wir hier Synergieeffekte generieren und \u00fcber die Stadtgrenzen hinweg kooperieren.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend \u00fcber die Teilnahme am eea gro\u00dfe Einigkeit besteht, gibt es hinsichtlich der konkret in Weinheim zu treffenden Ma\u00dfnahmen erheblichen Diskussionsbedarf. Im Unterschied zu GAL und SPD haben wir zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt auf Antr\u00e4ge verzichtet. Unsere verkehrs- und energiepolitischen Vorstellungen kann man aber auch schon jetzt im <a href=\"https:\/\/cduweinheim.de\/lust-auf-zukunft\/wahlprogramm-2019\/#mobilitaet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kommunalwahlprogramm<\/a> nachlesen. Da praktisch alle Vorschl\u00e4ge finanzielle oder personelle Ressourcen erfordern, handelt es sich um haushaltsrelevante Ma\u00dfnahmen, die wir im Rahmen der anstehenden Haushaltsberatungen einbringen und diskutieren wollen. Letztlich kam der Oberb\u00fcrgermeister zur gleichen Auffassung, eine Beratung der Antr\u00e4ge fand nicht statt.<\/p>\n<p>Angesichts der angespannten Haushaltslage kann Weinheim nicht unbegrenzt in neue Stellen und Klimaschutzprojekte investieren. Wir m\u00fcssen versuchen, die knappen Mittel so einzusetzen, dass m\u00f6glichst gro\u00dfe private Investitionen von B\u00fcrgern und Unternehmen erm\u00f6glicht werden. So m\u00fcssen beispielsweise Solarenergieprojekte auf \u00f6ffentlichen Geb\u00e4uden nicht in Tr\u00e4gerschaft der Stadt durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Die Farbe visualisiert die jeweilige Abweichung der weltweiten Durchschnittstemperatur nach unten (blau) oder oben (rot), Basis ist der Datensatz HadCRUT4 des britischen MetOffice.
