Welche Strategien kann die Stadt entwickeln und welche Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen, um auch in Zukunft ein attraktiver Wohn- und Lebensort z. B. f\u00fcr gut ausgebildete Arbeitnehmer zu sein? Um im Wettbewerb um Talente zu bestehen und damit die Chancen f\u00fcr einen wirtschaftlichen Erfolg zu erh\u00f6hen, sind grundlegende Kenntnisse hinsichtlich der W\u00fcnsche und Bed\u00fcrfnisse verschiedener Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen unabdingbar.<\/p>\n<p>Die vorliegende Studie gibt Hinweise auf St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen Mannheims als Wohnstandort und zeigt auf, wo Potenziale zur Steigerung der Wohnattraktivit\u00e4t liegen. Die Analyse verfolgt das Ziel, das Wanderungsgeschehen innerhalb Mannheims und in seinen Stadtbezirken sowie zwischen Mannheim und der Region m\u00f6glichst umfassend darzustellen. Sie beinhaltet sowohl eine Beschreibung der aus der Sekund\u00e4rstatistik gewonnenen Wanderungsdaten als auch differenzierte qualitative Analysen auf der Grundlage von Befragungen.
